Suzi Blu, I love you

Suzi Blu:
http://suziblu.typepad.com/a_lovely_dream/workshop-love.html

I love this woman.  She is an amazing artist and she teaches classes on line and posts videos all the time.  My goal is to take one or two of her classes this year.  She has been an inspiration to me to pick up a paintbrush and be inspired and have an art journal and to have fun with art and not worry about it being anything but what it is in that moment.
So, I solute you Suzi!  Thanks for sharing your passion!

Second Vlog

The trip from Fredericton to Cleveland was fine up until I had to go through U.S. customs... What a nightmare.  I had bought a salad from the airport before going through customs.  The officer that I spoke with said that I had to check in with Agriculture since I was bringing in Mangos (tiny pieces of mango in my stupid salad)...   long story short I almost missed my flight and I had to sprint to my plane.
I felt like the family from Home Alone.

But I am here in Cleveland now, and things are good, so I am happy it all worked out.

An assignment I did for a high school class

Watching myself in high school is always so weird.  But this video stands the test of time and still makes me laugh so I decided to edit it and post it.  I have tons of footage of my family and friends from this old VHS recorder that my parents bought in 1999 or 2000, possibly even earlier.  My next project is to put together some clips of Grandpa Mickey.  I miss him so much and watching him on video just seems better then pictures because you get to see so much more of his personality and hear his voice.
